Qualifications

• HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist.
• Postgraduate paediatric dysphagia training.
• Experience in neonatal and paediatric dysphagia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a high-quality SLT service for neonates and paediatrics.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to the team.
• Diagnose and manage feeding and swallowing difficulties in children and babies.
• Collaborate within the MDT to plan patient care and service development.
• Lead SLT policy development within neonates and paediatrics.
• Triage referrals and prioritise high-risk cases for rapid assessment.
