Cera is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Paediatric to cover home-based nursing in Lichfield, Foston, Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role leads a team of Direct Care Nurses/Support Workers, conducts regular home visits, and develops holistic care plans for complex paediatric cases in patients’ homes.

The post offers leadership opportunities, involvement in regional programs, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and service delivery.

Competenze

• Current registration to practice.
• Experience with children and/or adults in complex care or community setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train staff.
• Be visible to patients in caseload with regular care rounds and home visits.
• Active member of regional team and participate in team meetings.
• Respond to clinical complaints in line with policy and risk management.
• Submit clinical reports/updates to CCGs as per contracts.
• Maintain PREP (Post Registration Educational Portfolio).
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
