This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as we recruit for a Lead Outdoor Learning Instructor to help deliver our Alternative Learning provision.
The salary for this position is £31,659 per annum pro rata (based on a 36-hour working week). This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Staff are required to work across all of SOLD's centres with a primary base at one centre.
As an experienced Outdoor Learning Instructor, you will be working with a range of groups and individuals on our alternative learning programmes. These are outcome-based learning programmes to support our customer in areas of personal and social development, academic curriculum and employability skills, using the outdoors as a tool for learning. Using reviewing and reflection tools to ensure our customers benefit positively from participating in outdoor learning.
