We seek an OT Security Consultant to deliver security across operational and industrial environments, collaborating with engineering, asset teams, and leadership to drive practical improvements while aligning with regulatory expectations.

You will join the IACS capability, contributing to assessments, roadmaps and governance across energy and critical infrastructure contexts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in OT/IC cyber security.
• Strong understanding of industrial environments and operational constraints.
• Proven experience across OT security domains such as network architecture, asset discovery, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/IC security engagements across energy and critical infrastructure environments.
• Plan and conduct site surveys to identify OT assets and vulnerabilities.
• Assess OT security posture against recognised standards and best practices.
• Develop pragmatic improvement roadmaps balancing security, safety and operations.
• Support clients with OT security governance, policy, standards and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, audits and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with vendors to assess and manage supply chain risk.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor from initial assessment to implementation.
• Mentor other OT consultants and engineers.
