Job summary

Bridewell is seeking a Principal OT Cyber Security leader to drive consultancy engagements across Critical National Infrastructure, delivering secure, scalable solutions. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategies, and build senior client relationships to enable revenue growth.

You will oversee risk assessments, compliance mappings and security designs while mentoring consultants and contributing to Bridewell's OT security offerings and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale OT cybersecurity projects.
• Able to lead senior consultants and manage client relationships.
• Experience with OT risk assessments, threat modelling and vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cyber security engagements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on IT/OT integration challenges.
• Develop security strategies, architectures and reviews.
• Mentor and manage a team of consultants.
• Support pre-sales and client opportunities.
