Job summary

Experis UK is recruiting a senior OT cyber security consultant to lead client engagements across the UK and abroad. This home-based, UK-wide role reports directly to the cyber security practice and involves steering risk assessments, roadmaps and security programmes in industrial environments.

You will apply IEC 62443, NCSC CAF and NIST SP 800-82 standards to real OT settings, lead client engagements, and work with an in-house team on optional countermeasures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OT cyber risk assessments.
• Consultancy or end-user CNI site experience.
• Strong OT security grounding: PLCs, SCADA, DCS.
• Experience in energy, water, chemicals, oil/gas or manufacturing.
• Ability to lead client engagements and produce reports.
• Attention to detail and report accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT risk assessments on client sites.
• Conduct site surveys across OT environments (IC S, SCADA, DCS).
• Build improvement roadmaps and security programmes for maturity.
• Apply IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, NIST SP 800-82 to real environments.
• Collaborate with sales on follow-on opportunities and proposals.
• Optionally implement countermeasures with in-house engineering team.
