Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Orthoptist to lead the Orthoptic Stroke Service across inpatient and outpatient settings at Kingston Hospital. The role involves clinical leadership, management of complex orthoptic stroke cases, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will contribute to service development, quality improvement, clinical audit, teaching and training, and act as Clinical Tutor for Orthoptic students, while deputising for the Head

Qualifications

• Examples of leadership in clinical settings and service development.
• Experience in teaching or supervising trainees and students.
• Engagement in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
