Job summary

Find. is seeking an experienced Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse or ODP to join our private Bath hospital theatre team. The role focuses on orthopaedic scrub, supporting lists, and delivering high standards of patient care in a private setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an NMC PIN or HCPC registration, have strong orthopaedic scrub experience, and be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary surgical team. Senior-level experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN or qualified ODP with HCPC registration.
• Strong orthopaedic scrub experience.
• Previous experience working within a theatre environment.
• Senior-level experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Senior member of the theatre team, primarily within orthopaedic scrub.
• Supporting the safe and effective delivery of theatre lists.
• Working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider theatre team.
• Maintaining high standards of patient care, safety and clinical practice.
• Supporting and guiding less experienced members of the theatre team.
