Job summary

Ramsay Health Care UK is recruiting a Senior Scrub Nurse/ODP to join Oaks Hospital in an expanding theatre department. The role focuses on scrub duties for consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient care.

We require current NMC/HCPC registration, and while a Surgical First Assist qualification is desirable, it is not essential. The position is full-time, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Current NMC/HCPC registration.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) - Desirable but not essential.
• Minimum 2 years Orthopaedic Scrub experience with people management within their role.
