Title : Oracle EPM Lead Architect

Client : Financial Service

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Lead Architect to guide and stabilize our Oracle EPM suite at Computershare. This role involves leading a high-performing team of experts to ensure efficient EPM operations, leveraging Oracle technology to meet global reporting and regulatory needs. You will oversee service quality, solutioning business requirements, and driving the successful implementation of Oracle EPM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud strategies and solutions.
  • Guide stakeholders and senior management on the strategic direction for EPM.
  • Manage a team of functional and technical specialists, ensuring project alignment and resource allocation.
  • Oversee application support, ensuring performance, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Manage interfaces, integrations, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Support patching, releases, and major product enhancements.
  • Lead testing activities and ensure data integrity, internal controls, and system security.
  • Contribute to multi-year planning and assist in ad-hoc projects, such as acquisitions or divestments.
  • Maintain documentation (Finance Systems Playbook) and support system security and access rights.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant tertiary education in IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Oracle Certified Professional or similar certification.
  • 8-10 years’ experience with Oracle EPM technology, including hands-on technical work.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and its integration with EPM.
