Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Oracle database modernization, conversion, and migration activities, ensuring project alignment.
• Assess database architecture and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve data flow and database operations.
• Test and validate migrated data for completeness and accuracy.
• Document migration strategies, standards, and processes.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members.
• Extensive experience as an Oracle DBA, especially with Oracle Exadata.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, tools, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with data migration methodologies.
• Skilled in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
