Qualifications

• Optometrists who are confident, compassionate, and focused on patient care
• GOC registered (or expecting to be within 6 months)
• NHS performer number (or working towards it)
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A genuine interest in patient care and team collaboration
• Experience supporting enhanced services (desirable)
• Strong understanding of local clinical networks (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Leading clinics and delivering outstanding patient care
• Using the latest testing technology to assess eye health and provide expert advice
• Providing enhanced services, from triage support to advanced assessments, depending on store needs
• Offering clinical support to colleagues on the shop floor
• Collaborating with external healthcare professionals
• Keeping your clinical knowledge up to date and sharing it with others
• Playing a key role in your store’s leadership team, bringing energy and insight to every shift
