As the - based at location in Fawley, Hampshire - you will be required to sell and service our existing customers to grow the revenue stream in the assigned location. You will provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. You will work and adapt to our ever-changing job requirements daily to satisfy our customer requirements.

As a Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers

Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queries

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group

Preparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers

Prospecting for new supportapplications and scope expansion to build the customer base in the area of responsibility

Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs

Being responsible for billing & collection, invoicing, including preparing and conducting on filing, data entry, and administrative support

Assisting with receipt and processing of orders, also facilitating resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process

Dealing with only limited product line(s) and/or handling special project(s) as assigned

Maintaining internal compliance and the highest HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fields

Demonstrate good experience (at least 5 years of experience) in Production Chemicals Application or Chemical Industrial Services

Have knowledge of process optimization and refinery production chemistry (desalting, overhead corrosion control, fouling control, etc.)

Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions to a variety of service delivery fulfilment projects, often simultaneously

Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office

Have the ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditions

Hold a full UK/International driving license
