Job summary

Certikin International is seeking a Senior Pool Liner Engineer to lead our On-Site Lining (OSL) team. The role combines hands-on installation with mentoring engineers, ensuring precision in measuring, cutting, and heat-welding vinyl liners.

You will travel nationwide, supervise installations, and sign off completed work. The position requires a strong track record in pool construction and leadership, with a base salary of £35,000–£37,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced in pool lining installations.
• Solid knowledge of swimming pool construction.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install vinyl liners to precise measurements.
• Heat weld seams to high quality standards.
• Train and mentor engineers on-site.
• Travel nationwide to sites daily and lead installation teams.
• Sign off installations and complete reports.
• Support difficult installations and customer situations.
• Identify and troubleshoot sites before and after installation.
