Job Responsibilities

Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As our Lead OT, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead with impact: Manage, mentor, and inspire our Occupational Therapy team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Clinical leadership: Hold a small caseload with a focus on complex needs, guiding your team through best practice approaches.
  • Shape the service: Drive service development, contribute to strategy, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Support others: Provide supervision, teaching, and professional development for junior staff and students.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with patients, families, carers, and the wider MDT to deliver truly holistic rehabilitation.
  • Quality and safety: Lead on clinical governance, audit, and risk management to keep standards high and people safe.
