You'll be joining a service for adult men 18+ who potentially have a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and challenging behaviours.
With experience from the NHS and/or private sector, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload using evidence-based and people-focused principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual and group interventions which will support the service users to develop their skills in self maintenance, productivity and leisure.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you reach your career goals.
