Athona Limited seeks an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join a specialist adolescent mental health service in Surrey. You will manage a clinical caseload, coordinate OT provision and deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions, while supervising junior team members.

This role offers CPD and professional development within a supportive environment, with a £47,000 per annum salary and full-time hours in an inpatient setting based in Charlwood, Surrey.

Formación

• Qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least three years’ post-qualifying occupational therapy experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs.
• Experience supervising and managing junior occupational therapy team members.
• A full and clean UK driving licence.

Job Description

Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join a specialist adolescent mental health service in Surrey.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 13–18 with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. You will manage a clinical caseload, coordinate occupational therapy provision and deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions, while providing clinical guidance and supervision to junior team members.
