We’re looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking Lead Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, with a key role in supporting the delivery and development of therapy services at our neighbouring Chislehurst unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious OT ready to take the next step in their career, leading and inspiring a talented team while driving high standards of clinical practice and outstanding patient outcomes. You’ll balance team leadership, service development and clinical oversight with a small but rewarding clinical caseload, ensuring you remain connected to the patients and rehabilitation work at the heart of our service.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape how the OT service is delivered, supported by an established, well-resourced team, and the flexibility to use your expertise where it makes the most impact. In addition, you will be part of the therapy leadership team which has responsibility for ensuring strong clinical governance, staff wellbeing and service development.
Every day is about rebuilding lives and creating success stories. We specialise in supporting people with acquired brain injury and complex neurological conditions, providing patient-centred rehabilitation that transforms futures.

However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
