Lead O&M Solar Engineer

Field Based - Covering: Peterborough, Corby, Cambridge, Spalding, Huntingdon, Downham Market, Norwich, Kings Lynn and Surrounding Areas

£40,000 - £45,000 + Car + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Bonus (10%) + Holidays (28 plus banks)

The company specializes in engineering, procurement, and construction within the Renewables market, with a presence worldwide. With major solar farm developments across the Midlands and East Anglia, my client is looking for a Lead O&M Engineer to join the team.

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians across various solar farm developments. Your responsibilities will include supporting maintenance schedules, being the technical hands-on engineer, commissioning new farms, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical solar background, with previous experience working on inverters, switchgear, and HV systems.
