Busy Bees Addlestone is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring seamless integration of educational strategies across the centre. You will lead a high-performing team, act as Key Person, and ensure children’s development and wellbeing are tracked and communicated to families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory experience as Nursery Room Leader/Manager/Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and building relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents.
• Take on the Key Person role to ensure holistic development and personal care.
• Ensure health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
