A healthcare organization in the East Midlands is seeking an enthusiastic Nurse, OT, or Social Worker to plan and run therapeutic group programmes within CAMHS. The role emphasizes high-quality service delivery and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. There are opportunities for professional development, and candidates must be able to travel across the County. The position offers a salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 annually.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nurse, OT or Social Worker who is keen to plan and run a varied therapeutic group programme.
This is a newly commissioned role that has been developed to support the emerging group programme across CAMHS from new investment into the service. The post holder will lead, with the support of the team manager, in the planning of, and running of a range of therapeutic groups to meet the needs of the service, co-facilitating groups with clinicians and peer support workers from the wider service.
There is a lot of scope for personal and professional development within the service supported by our leadership team and training and development lead.
The group programme will be a mix of a face to face and virtual offer, the ability to travel across the County is essential.

CAMHS offers a high level of supervision and development for our staff.
The service works on a locality-based model to ensure strong team working and high levels of locality knowledge.
As a practitioner, the post holder will work in partnership with the CAMHS leadership team, Medical Consultants and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of clinical practice in assessment, case management, care coordination and treatment.
You will be required to ensure that the best evidence-based care is given to children, young people and their families, within the resources available to the service.
There will be an emphasis upon working with complex presenting difficulties and multi-agency networks.
We welcome applicants with transferable skills from other areasof practiceand through the delivery of robust supervision and training opportunities we will aim to develop your knowledge, skills and experiencewithin a CAMHS IAPT Service.
