Be part of shaping the future of care for children and families in Fife
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) as Lead Nurse for Health Visiting and Breastfeeding Services. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding service improvements that reflect both local needs and national priorities, particularly in the areas of early intervention, public health, and reducing inequalities.
You will lead the continuous development of Health Visiting and Breastfeeding Services, ensuring alignment with the new national action plan, and supporting integrated, community-based approaches to child and family health. You will work closely with a wide range of partners across the health, social care, education, and third sectors to deliver joined-up care and support.
What were looking for:
· A Registered Nurse (NMC) with substantial leadership and operational management experience.
· Evidence of postgraduate education, ideally with relevance to child health, leadership, or community services.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to leadership.
· Experience in change management, team development, and working within integrated or multi-agency environments.
