Are you an experienced nursing professional ready to lead with purpose and innovation? We're seeking a dynamic Lead Nurse for Estates & Facilities to champion clinical excellence and safety in the built healthcare environment as the Trust embark on a redevelopment of our main site at Lynfield Mount Hospital.

In this pivotal role, you'll work at across the nursing and estates sectors --ensuring our estates and facilities services support outstanding patient care. You will provide expert nursing advice and guidance in terms of working within clinical areas, review standards and compliance across services such as cleaning, catering, and waste management, identifying areas for improvement to influence a safe and efficient caring environment for service users and staff.

This is your opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role where your voice matters. You'll collaborate with senior estates, facilities and clinical teams, provide expert guidance on regulatory standards - influencing key decisions on design, refurbishment, and operational planning.
