Qualifications

• First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience working within General Practice, Primary Care or Urgent Care.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting, mentoring or managing clinical teams.
• Understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement and audit.
• Genuine interest in developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience, adaptability and confidence to lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to build a capable clinical workforce.
• Set and maintain high clinical standards and demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Strengthen clinical governance, audits, quality improvements and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes, access and experience, and implement changes.
• Work with Practice Managers, Clinical Leads and the multidisciplinary team to realise ambitions.
