What you will do:

  • Support all clinical and regulatory activities within the centre, ensuring compliance with the Care Standards Act 2000.
  • Contribute to monthly governance and maintain critical documentation.
  • Participate in and prepare for Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections.
  • Maintain robust records relating to staff, compliant with current employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with the Head Nurse to identify and fulfil training needs within the clinical team.
  • Lead the induction and training of new staff members.
  • Monitor the detoxification processes and general healthcare needs of all guests.
  • Work closely with the admissions team regarding the suitability of individuals for treatment and manage relevant assessments.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Head Nurse and Registered Manager, ensuring clinical operations run smoothly.
  • Champion the centre's ethos and philosophy, aligning all practices with statutory and legal requirements.
