Job summary

KPI:Health is seeking a Lead Nurse in Milton Keynes for a 6-month fixed-term contract, 15–22.5 hours per week, to shape safe clinical growth and governance.

You will use post-registration experience to support regulatory readiness, service expansion and high-quality care across our expanding workforce.

This role offers the chance to influence practice, mentor teams and contribute to audits and assurance activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be a registered nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in clinical governance and audit.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

This focused, high-impact Lead Nurse role is ideal for a credible and professionally confident Registered Nurse who wants to help shape safe clinical growth at KPI:Health, bringing clinical governance expertise to robust workforce deployment, regulatory readiness and consistently high standards across our expanding services.


At KPI:Health, we are building a healthcare organisation with purpose, combining clinical expertise, operational excellence and a commitment to improving outcomes for patients and service users. As we continue to grow existing services and develop new ones, we are investing in additional senior clinical leadership to support safe, consistent and well-governed service delivery across an expanding workforce. The role is offered initially on a 6-month fixed-term basis, with the potential for extension as our service needs continue to evolve.
