Job description

CPGs CIU Rehab, Re-enablement and Recovery unit is a bed-basedfacility supporting people to recover and regain their independence following aperiod of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event. It supports hospitaldischarges, prevents admission to hospital or long-term care and promotesindependent living. Its a multi-disciplinary service with Nurses,Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Social Workers and Care Staff.

Hours: 37.5 Permanent

Salary Range 7 £43,906 - £50,112 per annum

Weare seeking a highly motivated, passionate and committed Lead Nurse to join themultidisciplinary team at Community inpatient Unit (CIU) within CPG. The postwill be based at the CIU and will oversee the safe andeffective Nursing oversight, ensuring the service meets the Care QualityCommission Essential Standards. The Post holder will leadand manage a team of Nurses including all aspects of recruitment, supervision,probation reviews, disciplinaries, staff risk assessments, PDRs etc. The post holder will also lead on the review, development, implementationof service strategies including completion of audits, action plans, Incidentreviews and quality assurance.
