  • Promote harm reduction strategies, including BBV screening and immunisation.
  • Act as a point of escalation for safeguarding concerns and clinical risks.
  • Contribute to staff development through supervision and training.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Participate in service development and clinical audits.
