You will motivate the team to deliver excellent food and service and manage production and portions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Lead hands-on cooking and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure catering services meet quality and safety standards.
• Motivate and support the catering team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Manage food production and portion control with cost awareness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety legislation.
• Support training and development of staff.
• Collaborate to continually improve catering standards and customer satisfaction.
