Job Title: Lead .Net Developer / Software Engineer (C# .Net API AWS) Sunderland / WFH to £80k

Job Description:

Do you have expertise in backend C# development? Join a growing games/gambling site as a Lead .Net Developer.

In this role, you'll take a senior, hands-on position within an Agile team, developing game mechanics into scalable and resilient APIs. Your responsibilities include working across the full software development lifecycle, from inception to release, building highly available applications using technologies like backend C#, T-SQL, Redis, and AWS.

You will mentor and guide the team, contribute to technical discussions, evaluate new technologies, and help improve processes.

Location / WFH:

Hybrid work policy with 2-3 days WFH. When in the office, collaborate with colleagues in Sunderland in a relaxed environment, with amenities including free meals and gym membership.

About You:

• Strong experience in C# .Net backend development
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring and coaching teams
• Experience developing APIs
• Good knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL, MySQL, T-SQL, Redis, Couchbase
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
