Job description

I have been working closely with a business in Manchester to scale their engineering team, we have almost completed the first phase and now looking for a Lead to join a really important team within the domain.

You'd be working on a completely greenfield solution, working closely with the director of engineering to shape the direction of a whole new engineering function within the company.

The growth plans are ambitious, the backing & experience is there to pull it off. It could be one of the most interesting positions I have at the minute! The engineering team is looking to double in size over the next 12 months.

We are looking for an experienced team leader, who's also interested in staying close to the technology and heavily involved in architectural decisions.

Salaries range from £70k-£80k + Bonus with a comprehensive benefits package and some really exciting progression opportunities.

The business will be operating with a 1-2 days per week in Manchester city centre once the office has been sorted and renovated.
