Big Mamma is hiring a passionate 1st Pizza Chef to join our London-area pizzeria. You will craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, supervise the pizza service, and train junior staff while upholding top health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior or 1st Pizza Chef, ideally with authentic Neapolitan pizza
• Experience in a busy restaurant environment
• Great energy, proactive attitude and teamwork
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Develop recipes and manage pizza service during preparation
• Train junior staff in pizza-making techniques
• Craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch from dough to finishing touches
