Big Mamma Group in London is seeking a passionate 1st Pizza Chef to join our team. You will craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, train junior staff, and lead the pizza service during peak hours.

The role is permanent and full-time, with a base hourly rate of £20.21, staff meals, 15% staff discount, and wellbeing benefits. You should bring strong experience in a busy restaurant and a love for Italian food.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior or 1st Pizza Chef in a busy restaurant.
• Excellent Neapolitan pizza skills and dough preparation.
• Great energy, proactive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Developing recipes, managing the pizza service during preparation and training junior staff in pizza-making techniques.
• Working in our pizzeria section and crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, from preparing the dough to the final finishing touches
• Respect health & safety standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation
• Work hand-in-hand with your teammates during busy services
• Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset
• Help create the best moment of our guests’ day
