Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Experience with SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding is highly preferred.
• Previous leadership or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise junior Level II NDT inspectors.
• Perform inspections using VT, UT, MT, and PT methods.
• Assist in resolving quality issues and compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of welding joint design

Education

High school graduate or GED

Qualified NDT Level II inspector

5+ years NAVSEA NDT certification
