Overview

High calibre, well-known and highly profitable smaller mid-tier London firm is looking to appoint a named commercial partner to spearhead its commercial practice. Licensing/IP expertise of particular interest. Punching far above its weight in corporate, the aim is to add strength and depth to the (linked) commercial arm which finds itself slightly underpowered. An industry heavyweight would be ideal but an up and coming "star" seeking greater visibility and better equity prospects also of interest.
