We are currently looking for a Lead MSBI Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience and a solid background in Microsoft BI technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end BI development projects using Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
• Design and implement complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Contribute to data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling
• Work within OLAP and ETL frameworks to support scalable BI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a lead role within MSBI development
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and complex query development
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data mining techniques
• Familiarity with database management systems and OLAP architecture
• Awareness of AWS platforms is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI and Master Data Services
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Insurance domain experience is highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
