Ducati Bournemouth is seeking a Workshop Foreman/Diagnostic Bike Technician to lead and support the workshop, ensuring repairs and servicing meet the highest standards. You will provide technical guidance, drive efficiency and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include allocating daily activities, performing advanced diagnostics on Ducati motorcycles, training staff, and ensuring compliance with brand processes and warranty procedures.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician with strong diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication of technical information.
• Full UK motorcycle licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the workshop team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Allocate and monitor daily workshop activities to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on Ducati motorcycles.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians on complex repairs.
• Maintain quality checks and compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure servicing and repairs are completed within agreed timescales.
• Support training and development of workshop staff.
• Adhere to manufacturer processes and warranty procedures.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through workmanship.
