Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Senior Motion or Post-production Specialist to lead the motion and post‑production department. You will set workflows, own QC, hire and mentor junior editors, and shape the team's future.

Expect hands‑on work on complex projects and orchestration as volume ramps. Ideally you bring genuine hands‑on experience across edit, CG and VFX from agency or post‑house backgrounds, with a strong eye for file structure and AI‑augmented workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on across edit, CG and VFX for high‑quality deliverables.
• Experience leading a team or readiness for first lead role.
• Strong focus on QC, file organization, and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the motion and post‑production department and set the workflow.
