Job summary

Stirling Dynamics is seeking a Technical Project Lead - Modelling and Simulation Engineer to join the Simulation, Dynamics and Control capability group within the Marine Business Unit. The role is predominantly Bristol-based with hybrid working flexibility and occasional travel to client sites.

You will lead modelling and simulation activities for aerospace and defence projects, driving technical excellence and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering or mathematics.
• Experience with modelling of complex systems.
• Industrial engineering background with modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a client-facing team, manage tasks, timing and risks.
• Review MATLAB/Simulink deliverables and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementations.
