Job summary

Zopa is seeking a leader to head a team of mobile engineers responsible for building customer-facing products across native iOS and Android apps. You will collaborate with Product, Design and Backend to deliver high-quality experiences that feel native on each platform.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery while maintaining a strong emphasis on performance, reliability and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Head of Engineering of Mobile.
• Manage a team of mobile engineers, creating an environment for their best work and maintaining a high performance bar.
• Drive execution and delivery of your team with structure and momentum for high-quality mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure outcomes are delivered on mobile and align with goals.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Backend Engineering to drive complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Provide technical leadership and maintain credibility to challenge decisions and ensure quality.
