Experis IT is seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to lead native mobile development for a global software business. You will shape the mobile architecture and deliver high-quality features. The role combines hands-on coding with technical ownership and people development.

Expect 60–70% hands-on work, directing AI-assisted engineering, and guiding future mobile architecture decisions. Experience in regulated industries is a plus; strong SwiftUI/Jetpack Compose skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Substantial commercial experience developing native mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in Swift with SwiftUI or UIKit, or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience leading architectural decisions for complex mobile applications.
• Practical knowledge of app store releases, automated testing and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead native development across iOS, Android or a squad covering both platforms.
• Make architectural decisions and set standards for code quality and testing.
• Own App Store or Google Play release processes.
• Improve application stability, accessibility, security and performance.
• Develop automated testing and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Help engineers use AI tools effectively and validate outputs.
• Work with Product to clarify requirements and plan delivery.
• Manage and coach engineers through regular one-to-ones and development plans.
