Super chance for a Mobile Lead to join a UK ecommerce brand, taking over a team of established Engineers, driving new features and performance.

This role offers the opportunity to be a key part of integrating new AI features and tooling into the platform.

Location: UK, fully remote

• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers in an agile environment
• Architect and build robust, scalable features in a growing Flutter codebase
• Drive the integration of new AI-powered features into the platform
• Own technical decisions and collaborate closely with Product and Design teams
• Optimize booking, scheduling, and payment workflows for performance and UX
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and reviews
• Contribute hands-on to critical development efforts - this is a lead-from-the-front role

What you’ll bring

• Strong commercial experience with mobile development
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team
• Strong understanding of Flutter app architecture, state management, and scalable design
• Comfortable building apps with complex user flows
• Comfortable with CI/CD, performance monitoring, and deployment best practices
