Responsibilities

• Lead and support cleaning staff, providing training and first-line supervision.
• Deliver cleaning services in line with service level agreements.
• Manage rotas and cover for sickness/holidays.
• Monitor attendance and report absences.
• Conduct deep cleans and respond to emergency cleaning needs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Report equipment faults and procurement needs.
• Complete inductions for new starters.
• Perform manual handling tasks and travel between sites.
