A healthcare organization in the UK is looking for a Lead Midwife for Continuity of Carer. This role entails providing leadership for midwifery teams delivering care across various settings including community and hospital. Candidates must have a Midwifery degree, be a registered Midwife with at least 3 years of experience, and possess strong management and leadership skills. The annual salary ranges from £47,810 to £54,710 with an uplift for on-call duties.

To provide inspiring leadership for the Continuity of Carer teams. This will involve continuing to deliver local leadership that realises the national vision as set out within Better Births (2016).
