Job summary

Avanade UK is seeking a Lead Security Architect for the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) who blends market insight, sales and delivery excellence to drive Microsoft Security engagements with Enterprise customers in the UK and globally.

You will shape offerings, guide security architects, and partner with clients and partners to deliver end-to-end security transformations using Defender, Sentinel, Entra, and Purview, while building a high-performing, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in security consulting or delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large security programs and transform client environments.
• Strong strategic and operational delivery focus with sales alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own solutioning and delivery of Microsoft Security work in the AMBG.
• Define and drive offerings, capabilities and GTM assets.
• Lead and mentor AMBG Security architects and delivery teams.
