Job summary

• Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or Lead Technical Services Manager role in commercial fit-out, refurbishment or major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical services activities across construction and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate MEP consultants, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Review design information for compliance, buildability and programme requirements.
• Drive building services coordination with architectural and structural elements.
• Oversee procurement, installation and commissioning to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage technical queries, design changes and project risks with proactive solutions.
• Chair technical workshops and coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against milestones and mitigate delays.
• Ensure works meet quality standards, statutory requirements and client expectations.
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover processes with proper documentation.
