PCR Digital in London is seeking a Lead Media Engineer (L2/L3) to own end-to-end media workflows and act as the escalation point for client-facing support. The role is hybrid/remote with occasional onsite work in west London and outside IR35.

You will configure QC/transcode profiles, design onboarding processes for new customers, and work with cloud-based media asset management. A strong AWS background and MAM exposure are essential.

Competenze

• Deep knowledge of media workflows and MAM systems with hands-on config.
• Experience configuring QC and transcode profiles (Telestream Vantage/Qualify, AWS MediaConvert).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end media workflows and onboard customers.
