RTL Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to manage on-site mechanical installation activities on a large residential development in Woking, Surrey. You will supervise day-to-day works, coordinate subcontractors and site operatives, and ensure delivery to programme and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising mechanical works on residential or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (plumbing, heating, ventilation, pipework).
• Experience supervising mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ability to monitor progress and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ensure works delivered to a high standard and in line with project programme.
• Maintain health and safety compliance on site.
• Carry out quality inspections and coordinate with other trades.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and engineers.
