Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group in Kent is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery of mechanical packages on high-quality Building Services projects. You will oversee pre-construction through to handover, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage procurement and programmes, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget completion.

The role offers a competitive salary of £80,000-£90,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and clear career progression within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services / MEP.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms and mechanical installations.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project delivery.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with ability to lead teams and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
• Managing procurement, labour, plant, and materials.
• Monitoring project programmes, costs, variations, and commercial performance.
• Attending client and progress meetings while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Ensuring Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
