Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited in Central London seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical delivery of a £10m commercial fit-out on a 18-month site programme. Role spans pre-construction to commissioning and handover, with a salary band of £80,000-£90,000 and benefits including travel, bonus, pension and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Mechanical qualification required.
• SMSTS certification is essential.
• Experience delivering mechanical packages for commercial fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mechanical package from pre-construction through to practical completion.
• Coordinate design development, technical submissions and procurement.
• Develop and manage programmes, resources and subcontractor packages.
• Oversee site delivery, ensuring quality, health and safety, and programme requirements are met.
• Work with the commercial team to manage budgets, variations and project costs.
• Liaise with the client, main contractor, consultants and project team.
• Manage commissioning, snagging and handover.
